The hotel has a great location right across from Tunjungan Plaza and near popular fast food places, making it quite convenient for food and shopping. The rooms were clean but felt a bit cramped for two people, and I struggled with the air conditioning during the stay. The service was fantastic; the staff was friendly and super helpful. Overall, it offers decent value for money, but the noise outside and some minor downsides in the room experience are worth considering.
My stay at the hotel was overall positive, mainly thanks to the incredibly helpful staff who went out of their way to assist me, even helping me cross the busy Jalan Basuki Rahmat. The location is fantastic, right across from Tunjungan Plaza and close to fast food outlets, making it convenient for shopping and dining. However, the lack of a fridge in the room made it challenging to store some of my items. The amenities, while adequate, could use a bit more variety in the dining options.
